_{Design accounts are asked to pay by cash or check. If your clients are shopping in the store, they can use Mastercard and Visa if necessary.}

_{When you make a purchase, the trade discount will be noted. If a purchase is made by a client working with you, this will be noted after the transaction is completed.}

_{Items in the store are available immediately upon purchase. Items that are ordered take from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the product. Our design assistants can elaborate on the lead time.}

_{In some cases, some of our vendors allow us to expedite an order for an additional fee. We can advise you if this is an option based on what you are trying to order.}

_{We provide an estimate of when the product will arrive. You are welcome to contact us for an update at anytime–unless we call you first and let you know the order arrived.}

_{We will work with the you to arrange delivery, provided by our delivery company. You are responsible for contacting the client and being on site (if required) at the time of delivery. Delivery fees may apply, please check with a Webster Interiors’ associate regarding any applicable delivery fees.}

_{All Custom orders purchased under the trade program are non-returnable/refundable. Items purchased from the showroom floor are eligible for return (under the Webster Interiors return policy). Delivery fees are not refundable.}

_{Warranties are provided by our manufacturers. See a Webster Interiors’ associate for specific warranty protections based on the product you are interested in purchasing/ordering.}

_{You will need a re-sale certificate if you do not want Webster Interiors to charge you sales tax. You will then be expected to charge your clients the proper sales tax. If your client purchases direct from Webster Interiors, we will collect sales tax at the time of the transaction.}

_{There are opportunities for volume purchases. If you have this need, please contact a Webster Interiors associate for assistance.}

_{Only items from the showroom floor can be returned under the Webster Interiors return policy. Returns made under the trade program will be reflected in any funds owed to the designer.}

_{Design assistance (pricing, product availability, general product awareness) will be available to trade members. Fabric library, samples, literature etc. is also available for our trade members.}

_{There is always a design assistant to help with the selection and buying process. In order to help you be successful, other designers employed by Webster Interiors may also offer assistance.}

_{During showroom hours, you can have client meetings at the store. If you require the showroom during NON-Showroom hours, we can make arrangements in advance to allow you access.}

_{As a member of the trade program, you have access to all of our fabrics, merchandise books, tools, products, samples and more.}

_{You can shop with or without your client. Many designers like the concept that we have a large selection of products that your client can see, touch, and sit on. Some designers want to limit how much the client gets to view/sample. The choice is up to you.}
